The microdermabrasion system DRx MDX is today the most innovative and refined unit present in the market. Born thanks to the extraordinary experience of DRx, this unit represents the highest quality level in the field of microdermabrasion.

The DRx MDX, totally microprocessored, is provided with an electronic vacuum adjusting system, digital control panel, new locking systems for the crystal jars, running out crystal alarm and other innovations. To all this, we have to add the proverbial abrading power, effectiveness, reliability and safety of our microdermabrasion systems. In fact, this device is equipped with double compression system, two cylinders of oil-free vacuum pump, automatic discharge of the residual pressure, HEPA air filtering and sterilizable crystals cartridges (with FDA approved protocol).

Like all the other equipments distributed by DRx, the DRx MDX complies with both European (CE) and American (FDA) production standards.

The DRx MDX panel is provided with timer and countdown; this allows measurement of treatment time, as well as advanced on and off timings. Moreover, the electronic controller is able to memorize both hours and minutes of working time, by using two different modalities (switching on and pump running).

Corundum crystals microdermabrasion is a methodology that allows the controlled progressive abrasion of cutaneous superficial layers. The elimination of the superficial cutaneous layers stimulates the natural growth of new tissue, which will substitute the abraded one. The result of the simple elimination of the corneous layer (superficial peeling) is a young and luminous skin, elastic and smooth. Deeper abrasions can eliminate cheloids and scars, reduce or completely eliminate stretch marks, skin spots and fine wrinkles. The abrasion is made by very fine corundum crystals sand (a natural material, absolutely innocuous) which produces a progressive abrasion by softly touching the skin. The results are extraordinary and can be appreciated visually and by the touch after any microdermabrasion treatment.

The microdermabrader DRx MDX is equipped with a system for the delivery of the crystals covered by international patent: this system uses special recharging cartridges ready for use. Whenever necessary, these cartridges can be sterilized in autoclave or dry oven. The sterilization procedure of the recharging cartridges by DRx has been approved by the American Body FDA. Sterile cartridges can be supplied on request. The microdermabrader DRx MDX is protected against the formation of bacterial pockets and complies with HEPA rules for the filtering of the air emitted in the environment.

For hygiene and environmental reasons, our disposable crystals cartridges are made of recyclable glass, while the handpiece’s heads are made of Bayer macrolon (disposable type) or stainless steel (suitable for autoclaving). The disposable air filters are made of bended cardboard.

The DRx MDX high efficiency handpiece allows a perfectly uniform abrasion. Designed to be dismounted without tools, it can be easily cleaned or sterilized. In addition, different size heads can be used, metallic or disposable. Its slim line makes it easily maneuvrable. The DRx MDX’s precision in abrasion, efficacy and durability are at the highest level of excellence.
